At quick looks it doesn't seem to bear many sandman traits, I'd say it's a not.

It was a 253 auto,seating appears to be 2 with 2200 GVM and no roof lining ,although roof lining may have been removed.its had a lot of changes ie twin light front,converted to a manual,bucket seats from a commodore.

In the few hundred Sandmans I have recorded, there are a handful of TH400 auto examples that are definite Sandmans, most of which are Overlanders. There is one HJ 202 auto that is a definite, and one V8 trimatic example (HQ 308 included) that is a definit
