Where does the water that finds it's way into the cowl under the windscreen drain to? Mine is leaking down the left side under the dash, I asume around the air underside air vent. Any ideas?

its the pipe that drains into the guard.
stuck your head under there, you should see it.
the pipe should be white / cream.

Rusty cowl/plenum. A simple but time consuming and hence costly fix, which needs paint and windsceen removal to do properly. Sometimes its just a blocked drain tube but its always been rust on every HQ-WB that ive had that leaked there (ive owned at least

just fixed the leak on mine. i also thought rust / drain tubes. When i removed drain tube, intact, flexible, and only slightly damp.
Peered into plenum with torch, and there was a good layer of leaves, compost etc in the corners. So much, in fact, tha

another possibility is a leaking windscreen, I have had a couple of them.
