any feedback on adelaide's outlaw speed shop ?

just looked at a last years just parts, their stroke kits seem to be 1/2 price i.e. speedpro pistons, scat i beam rods and eagle cast crank, $1095

too good to be true ?

They're probably getting them made in China or India now, maybe even built the same factory as the pure quality GMC power tool range at Bunnings. Nice!!

that stuff is cast in Asia, but machined in the US.
Eagle supposedly make a good crank though, and scat have a good rep with strokers.

i have bought some off the shelf parts from them in the past and have been extremely happy with their service, technical advise and price (i bought a chrome alternator for cheaper than ebay)

I will be using them again for sure.

Yep I too have no complaints about outslaws. They have always given me a good price and excellent service. Cant comment on their stoker kits, but everything I have ever asked, they have answered honestly. Ask the questions.

Unless Speedpro, Scat and Eagle are namesakes (sarcasm)... then you're talking quality stuff. If the shop choses to sell it cheap, maybe they're working on quantity, rather than percentage, to make money.

the cranks are $570 from rocket. rods are $200 US from summit. Pistons are $240US from summit.
$1043AUD and that's retail, not wholesale.
