i did a bit of country driving.
Noise from every where, and uncomfortable.

I would have a VZ over a VE

Lx 4 door torana with any engine set up etc is the best quality built and fantastic handling for that era, the worst would have to be the piazza, words cant explain why it just is.

LX Toranas handling well? They were an absolute dog at LX release. It wasn't until RTS was introduced in 1977 that they began to go around corners OK. A9X made it better again. And UC handled the best of them all.

O.K

This is gonna be controversial, but I want to put a good word in for the JB Camira.
Yes there were a lot of problems and weak areas but a lot of people forget the good bits. Foe example the manual ones were really quite fuel efficient which is so

Good reasoning, but I dont think you can convince anyone that the JB Camira is anything but a lemon,
but I do agree with you on the HX. It is probably the least appealing of the HQ-WB range, although cosmetically the early WB commercial (with round headl

Hi Guys.

Im with Jake. The Camira was a very under-rated car. The JB had its problems, but it wasnt Holdens worst car. Ive owned several Camiras, The JEs in particular, were a great car.

I think the re-badged Holdens of the 80s were probably the wor

Camira was good on long runs. Most european cars are expected to be able to do 160km/h all day long. Wb Caprice/statesman was a nice car to ride in,a bit of a modern classic next to other manufacturers cars at the time.Would love one on LPG now.
