It's not an easy task.

The clutch is hydraulic, so you need to get the pedal assembly from a manual.
The VT only ran the getrag (hydro) behind the V6. The V8 ran the T5 (Holden) and the T56 (Gen3).

The harness & computer are gearbox specific, but
Cheers,

Hi bundy.

There is quite a lot that is different. Harness, tailshaft etc. Yes the clutch is hydraulic. This conversion is a big job.

Why would you change from auto to manual in a VT, the auto is a better car.

If you really need a manual, it would
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
