Adam..ive got one in s.a. ive talked to you about the qu engine..only thing is this neads alot of work and also the chassis (even though its definetly the original numbers )dont match tags due to transporting to and fro when they were being built...specif

Jim, chassis always matches the tags in all Holdens. It has to. Its the BODY plate that is different to the others in HJ Dandenong and Pagewood vans.

Adam, talk to Greg at ClassicOzWreck. He has a HQ 308 4spd in Yellow with black trim. Needs resto but

Jim, if you could send me the numbers too.

the chassis number on the rail MUST match the number on the big tag in front of the drivers seat. (ADR TAG.)
otherwise, i am not interested,... not at the money which i have specified.

Yes mate. God knows why they painted it white - my old man tells me it was the thing to do for a while in the 70's and early 80's.

adam do you have any preferences? colour model etc? i know of a few around, mates got a white brisbane xx7 with a fairly good body windowless, really good sills/rockers etc needs new doors upper tailgate etc but for someone like you that shouldnt be a pro

not fussy on colour, just want matching chassis to tags and at least 6/10 in body, trim n/a, driveline n/a.
probably prefer windowless over colour.
