hi guys.... went to see a HJ Van today lokked very original can someone help decipher the details of the car:

tag details

HJ8WM70
1902 - 60V
567 - 15948
L32 M20

Adelaide car..... seating capacity on safety compliance plate: 2

I think i read 2200kgon same plate dont know if its relevant though

car was bog brown with a parchment colored interior... all the gts bits there....

needs a respray and a tidy up inside.its a runner but fairly untidy in the engine bay... the guy wants $8000 for it... thoughts?

hi jim here ,need more info...ie vin../..chassis these guy will know
it looks like it,but there are alot of other things,,does it have the roof lining holder above the rear window?,,if so is it mounted really straight(fake)
or bent but nice,real this d

unique colour in my eyes, although the hj's seem to be dime a dozen. interior is chamois or chamois covert, dash & steering column should be a olive cream kind of colour glove box should be a tone lighter in colour. 253 4speed did it not have the diff pun

Im pretty sure its sandmanxx7's I pinched the pic out of his shed it certainly is a beautiful example.

what month is the HJ?
I think (Bryon?) the HJ XX7 GVM was derated from 2200 to 2000 from 9/75 onwards?

was this for all Plants?

maybe this should be shifted to the 36 page essay.
