What about the wa..ker that got he’s XW / XY GT Falcon confiscated Sunday night for street racing in NSW. According to the Police he’s not getting it back.

Keep your eyes on the auctions folks!

I think the punishmet does not fit the crime,?
I do not agree with street racing, and yes this needs deterent,,
but that xy might be worth 20>30K i am not sure?? but they dont even get that sort of fine for selling drugs, bashing some one? most don

The thing is, it's not the 80s anymore. There's nowhere quiet and out of the way in most places in Aus. Urban sprawl can be blamed for that. There's total lack of any common sense with a lot of these people now days. Safety for others is not considere

If you have one, you appreiate it, was it dad or mums car like the rest I've seen!! The kids don't give a crap. Theres plenty of places for them too try them out, if they own it (eastearn creek, wakefield park etc). Why stuff an Aussie icon..... its beyon

In victoria at least, (i believe the hoon laws are the same in NSW) first offence is 48 hours loss of car, second offence is 3 month loss of car and 3rd offence is confiscation of car permanently. So from what i've read this is obviously this third offenc
