just out of curiosity how many HQ Silver 25th Aniversary Special's were made???
and then how many came out with a 6cyl and vinyl roof???
What are they worth, there my favourite car and id love to buy one, but i cant find any info at all on them...

Theres one in my home town with vinyl roof, in pretty good original nick with low mileage, as with all silvers the original paint is a bit faded and chalky. They are car collectors and sellers and may sell it. Drop me a line and I will give you their num

A silver 6cyl 25th Aniversary with vinyl roof.
Mine needs restoration work as its got a fair amount of rust.

Luke could you tell me the combination number
AFAIK they were all 6cyl Prems with a vinyl roof no options other than dealer

I once read in wheels magazine i have from the early 70`s stating that around 500-600 were going to be built, all were 6cyl 202 auto with grey vinyl roof ,grey interior, triple guage set with clock, this was a package car , value depends on cond a rough c

Last year at the Ballarat Swap Meet a Silver 25th sold for $2500 in the first couple of hours. It wasn't even morning smoko yet. That car needed full resto work.!! Many were saying it was expensive, but then again there was almost a punch up amongst the f

Amazing! I read your post at about 12.30 today and then had to go to my mother inlaws for mothers day, and wouldnt you beleve it, I saw an old bloke driving one. He was at the lights and looked pretty chuffed with himself. Thats all I have got.

Hi Guys.
To answer the original query, I believe the build quantity was 1,500. They were all Silver, with a silver vinyl roof, silver trim & 202 Tri-Matic. They all came standard with: power disc brakes, oil & temp gauges, clock, AM radio, rear speaker |
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0 |
