I have over 1150 feedback selling Holden parts on ebay. ALL is 100% positive.
Every now and then something goes wrong. Sometimes with Australia Post and sometimes i have not seen a problem with the item before sending it.
In all cases you just retur

Before i buy stuff from anywhere thats not Ebay, i get a phone number. If they are in australia, i have never had someone deny me that. I ring em, tell me my name, they say their name. I ask what are they selling, they tell me what they have to offer and

Up until last year I owned a Licensed Post Office and did a fair bit of ebay selling on the side. (feedback of 1154 with 1 negative)
