I'm look at buying a 307/powerglide from a mate. He says the motor/gearbox came from a HK. Can anyone please help identify the following numbers.

Yes this is an HK 307 from the Sydney plant

Warren, are you sure? My guess is a digit is missing somewhere? Early Sydney 307 should start with 3071??

Yes sorry, missed that just looked at the 4700, 14700 was around my old 307.
