hq,s are great mate,
there is a hq monaro somewhere out there, that has a huge history to it,
eg, the back seat is the place where 4 chicks lost their virginity,,
very special back seat that one.!!

the good thing about a hq they came out with a 350 no need for engineering bench seat no need to get a 4wd or van if you got a big family they are tough parts are cheap why would you want to spend 40 thousand on a new car. give me a q any day

who looks twice at a bmw?
every time i stop at a servo, shops or anywhere, someone will always come up and say thats a bewdy!!
everywhere i drive everyone looks!

Simple Fix....

1. Challange them to a duel... Good old Chicken will do, just to see who could walk away, but remind them new cars are designed to crumple after hitting a pedestrian at 40k's & the HQ is designed to crumple after hitting another HQ at 60

I had a BMW park on my rear bumper in Little Bourke st in Melbourne. I just put it in reverse and tramped it, the BMW was left blocking the street, I just idled off down the road. Good tough bumpers!!

For me i cant explain HQs. All i know is i agree with what everyone says,hqs are universal. Ahhh,that glowing hq feeling.

Crumple zones are the spaces inside chip packets. Went past a crash scene recently. HQ turning right on open was hit from behind by Honda Accord (I think it was) - driver too busy doing something else to notice car in front wasnt moving any more.
