Could somebody please help with this Id of a car. I have been told the plates are of a Genuine car?????? That is the Question?

From the VIN its a HQ GTS sedan with a 253 built between Sept 73 and Aug 74 in Sydney.
The model is Kingswood V8, basis of the 4 door GTSs.
The engine code would be L32 but is omitted because this is the standard engine.

Trim codes 39X confirms it as a GTS/4
also the Vin 8Q69
paint is Cognac with Chestnut vinyl trim
paint code is actually 15822
253 with an M21 would be a rare combo
Axle is 3.36 code should be GV2
