The real answer (seeing as he couldnt answer the question) is that he relies on the 15yr old behind the counter at Superchip Autos to select a harmonic balancer for his application

i think it's Mike. Or Dave. Or Kwangthong. Anyway, tell him what frequencies you are getting resonance at along with your shaft length, diameters and inertias and I'm sure he will pick you out a fine solution.
Alas for wreck he will probably just say

Gee, sounds as though rotorooter is a real mean Mechanical genius. No evidence though of actually getting his hands dirty.
