Worst thing I ever saw, cars that get locked away in hermetically sealed bags like a biological hazard, for gaping onlookers to gawk at the period correct battery and original tyres, instead of driven hard, sometimes hurt, and fixed up again. Yeah I get

I found Jesus, he was hitch hiking down the Hume, gave him a lift, nice fella, not to chatty, had a thing about nailguns, but offered me some bread & wine for me troubles, just before walking across bass straight to go convert the heathens....

I will put my hand up for slicing up an 80337 hk for dad to take to the tip cos it was 'too rusty'. Looking back it was only the rear beaver and maybe a bit of the floor and c pillar that wasnt that great. Then again it was a $200 complete car...

There used to be 2 327 HKs out here in the 70s. One had flared gaurds. Nice job etc but machinery dept got it and said it could never be registered again.
At the time the other one was off the road getting fully rebuilt, unfortunatly with chopped flared

saw it on ebay earlier today, and it doesnt seem TOO bad. dinted, but not really rusty, and comes with a HG monaro shell..

One of the forum members here has a HJ Sandman van that has had a roof chop and had HQ Monaro sides and doors grafted into it. If we are lucky he might take photos and post them up.
