Does any one know if the supposed silver gts dash panel had black or white writing for the LIGHTS and LIGHTER font?
IF it was white what colour background did it have under the font?
With 29 years in the panel trade I have never seen a silver dash that was genuine. I have personally bought at least 50 new GTS fascias over the years no silver.
My boss when i was an apprentice had at least 5 monaros, no silver.
We worked an many monaros, no silver.
If they did exist they must be rare.
Any help would be great.
Thanks all
Scott

Thanks Paul valuable imput.
Correct me if I am wrong, The photo with the manual car appears to be a silver fascia with white writing and no black box.
The car with the auto looks to me to be a worn out black fascia with the silver exposed. So still no c

Hi there, My copy of the HQ Brochure issued February 1972 on Page 29 shows a interior photo of a GTS and it has a Silver Facia, and on Page 31 they show 12 photos of options available, and the photo of the Cassette Player also is located in a Silver Dash.
