Hey guys, another quick (long) question. Just changed the fmx in my ZH out for a top loader. Box is in good nick, new exedy diaphragm clutch and steel flywheel were used, new shifter, drives fine and changes gears fine, except for an intermittent squeal that started a day after the swap. cant really pinpoint where its from, although it does it while driving (clutch out) so cant be pilot bearing. wont do it at all reving in the driveway. My only thought is that when clutch is out, the diaphragm fingers are rubbing on the throwout bearing, making the noise? is there meant to be a spring from the end of the clutch fork to preload or deload the throwout bearing slightly? If so does it pull the fork off the diaphragm fingers or onto them? and where uder the floor does it hook to? car needs to be running reliably before the powercruise up here next weekend! any help greatly appreciated, thanks, Nathan
