Hi Guys.
Ill second what Warren has said, a lot of Statesman Customs with 202s & 253s. These cars are just not around any more, many were used as Hire cars & funeral cars. Like taxis, the higher milage cars are now compost.
Ill will speculate though |

I have ID off 2 x HQ 350 Statesmans. One is really early Pagewood and one is a late 73 Pagewood. The early one was a T-bar but not sure about the other. Greg (ClassicOzWreck) has wrecked a few of these so might be able to answer better. Im pretty sure he |

your right byron but i resold that car and it is back on thye road but not as what it was... ive wrecked a lot of column auto cars,i would say more column than t bar in hq..my ls350 is column auto..

I have just bought hq statesman devile HQ81469 81469QL189042 350 chev,early adelaide column auto no air no elec windows i also know of a nother early adelaide hq 350 statesman the same but has elec windows.Mine was sold new in Warnabool and my mates was s

An HQ series Statesman with a 350 V8 engine is/was very common in the 1970s. Most were loaded - in fact I almost bought a real early Amethyst/Flax fully-loaded press car that had a factory 350A engine in it. Both the Custom and DeVille had the 350 engine
