hi all
Looking at buying a welder for panel work. is there any difference between MIG, Tig or should i just get a Dillon 2000 (henrob).
any suggestion

Best bet is an MMAW caddy with a TIG attachment. CIGWELD do a good little unit. I've seen it weld steel cans back together. Costs about $1500 plus Argon bottle.

I've seen the Henrob being used and after that demonstration its what I would use should I ever need to do panel work although I do have a Cigweld 165 Transmig mig welder thats capable of welding car panels to 4mm thick steel. I used it to build our stora
