Hi Guys,
have just purchased a 2003 cdx Vectra hatch. It is a V6, auto. I am having a problem with the cruise control in that it wont reset itself.
I can set the cruise to the speed I want no problems. If I cancel it and then press the reset button, nothing happens. I then can't use the cruise control at all until the car has been turned off and switched back on again. I can set the speed again if I don't touch the reset button.
It also happens if I press the button to decrease the speed when the cruise is set.
Has anyone else had this problem and may know what the cause is?

Hi,
Got a little more info.
I have just completed a trip from Brisbane to Sydney and back in the Vectra. Still the same problem, but a couple of times, the cruise worked perfectly. Does it help anyone? Just confuses me more.
