Have just fitted HQ front discs and VC rear discs to my HT.I am using the standard HT V8 power booster. My question is which master cylinder to use. Is the HT type OK or will a later model fit i.e. HX,HZ.

Hi Rick.

Stay with the HT m/cyl, all HK to HZ have the same 1 inch bore size.

The only mod you need to do, is remove the residual pressure valve, because you are now running rear discs.

Dr Terry.
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Rick

Did you change the stud pattern on one end, as HQ and VC are different stud patterns?
