I need some help identifying this part it is a sleeve that goes over the sun visor part number 9938039 , does anyone know which model it fits. Picture here http://www.rsp.net.au/zforles/9938039.jpg

Fairly sure I had this item in the glovebox of my HJ Kingswood when I bought the car way back in 1986, Ive sold the car on since so dont have this any longer.

Les,
These were on the sunvisor of HX and late LX. There was also a slip that fitted over the indicator stalk on how to start the car with adr27a.
They are fairly rare to find as most were tossed.

I know someone that has one in reasonable condition from a HJ holden.
Is it worth anything?

A 6 cylinder one went on ebay a while ago, I think I know the fellow that won it, he is in Melbourne.

Are you going to reproduce some of this type of stuff?
If so what else are you chasing?

Warren We intend to reproduce all the owners manuals , service books, interior labels and other relevant printed material that was associated with Holden’s when they where new. We are open to any suggestions anyone might have regarding this project. It

Yes and they are being passed off as original, not that it makes much of a diffeence. There are three versions of this which did you print, check print date. (I have lent all of mine to someone so cannot check what the dates were, but June, September and

I see where you are coming from, as I have spent much time and effort gathering information and "material". The value of my collection will de-value if it is reproduced. And although your request is simple, it would not make economical sence to do so. The

I have one of those sleeves, it came with the HX I bought, the original owner had kept it with the books and sales brochures.
