gday everyone i have a hk monaro 307 4spd just wondering what size sway bar it should have on the front from factory as it looks thin

There are two sway bars in HK, GTS 327 and everything else. So yes should be the thin one, like every other normal HK, and every 6 cylinder HT/G

The GTS 327 has a 24mm diameter sway bar. Several aftermarket manufacturers can supply this size or a 27mm version for even greater control if you so desire.
