released here in mid 70's, around 1975. they were very expensive, and only top racers had them. the late andrew rowe, with brother wayne, had them on a HQ sedan that ran in B/MP.

My guess is late seventies or early eighties but if you google up Dragway and get their email addy, i'm sure they'd be only too happy to help with a date.

For your info trev period mags up to 10% bigger than standard are allowed with historic cars with proof of age. I attended a meeting with the Historic federation with our committee back in March this year and I brought this up at the meeting with Arthur

Just checked out the Centreline site, centreline mags have been manufactured for over 30 years. Still I may put the wildfires on the statesman and save the centrelines for the panelvan (and no its not on historic !) Edited by user Monday, 7 July 2008 5:31:44 AM(UTC)

I didn`t check dragway I thought you may have gone off the autoDrag part. We wreck- I knew they had been around for while due to old magazines I had seen years ago but these were yankie books, not ozzie. My centrelines are 14x7 which are hard to get now
