Hi,
My 5.0 litre VS Caprice shows 12 litres per 100 kilometers on the dash board but when I measure it myself it's actually 15 litres per 100 kilometers?
I have looked for fuel leaks etc and can't find any, but I'm wondering why there is a discrepancy?
This has been measured for around 3000 km without long trips.
Any ideas anyone?

Cheers
Frenzo

I have the same problem. I think it stems from the trip computer not measuring the distance travelled properly. My trip computer seems to be out by 25% (i.e. I travelled from Adelaide to Pt Augusta ~297km, and trip meter showed 380km). Fuel used
