I've seen 4 speed LS HQ's on Ebay recently. One was a 202 and I can't remember the other one. They are rare but there should have been a few produced. The M21 was standard behind a 308 in LS. M20 and M21 optional behind 253 (M15 standard). M41 was standar

I owend a 253 HQ LS with a 4 speed manual (not sure what sort).

Used to be a great toy. Flicked it on when I went overseas (still cry today).

1st gear would get you up to 100kph. You could pull away from the lights in 4th. Who needs an auto?

Thanks fellas, I have a mate that made a barn find this week and it was a dark green LS 308 4 speed, been sitting for 22 years. Picking it up this weekend, will report more on what it is next week.

This was my HQ LS 4 speed and I also regret selling it.It had twin headlights fitted with QI inserts and drove the voltage regulator crazy.
It was probably what got me started with Rare Spares. It had an Aunger Rear louvre. It went pretty quick and sat lo
