As a "blow in" who knows none of you blokes (and not much else as my mates regularly tell me) Id be interested in what vintage the main suspects in this discussion are. I reckon that might explain some differing opinions.

All, Wow!! Maybe I shouldn't have bought that Motor magazine and made the initial comment in another topic regarding the HT GTS 350! It has taken me over 40 mins to re-read all these posts and in the meantime a good friend of mine - Ben Stewart - has come

Tony, what do you and Ben say about the HT GTS350 "improvement" wheels at release? I assume Ben's HT has the HK suspension geometry too?

Holden was very clever regarding the wheels. It was only after Harry Firth hounded them to put the cooling slots back in after Sandown that it was discovered that not only was the new wheel superior in the cooling department but the overal

yeah, it is good value, but look what did sell.. not bad seeming the car was originally auto, was purchased last year in melb for $80k detailed and sold last night. not a bad earn even in this current economic climate. as much as i love the munros, they a

Stupid really. Look what 1/2 of that sort of money would buy you in a modified HK-HQ V8 GTS. The Yellow XA was a better buy in my opinion. I dont think $135k for an "undermodel" is a good investment, but good luck to the seller. Makes an SLR5000 or SS 308

true,but the Aussie fords have always had the "myth" that surrounds them of being the ultimate muscle, and really, you get a 4V, toploader and 9" plus all the good gear,holley, pipes,you cant get much better than that us Aussie GM guys got a little stroke
