Hi Guys,
Can somebody please tell me if the firewall of the 1974 HQ GTS Coupe had a colour coded firewall (i.e. same colour as car) or if the firwall was mat black like the inner guards.

Hi John.
Yes, most 1974 HQs had a body coloured firewall. I have no idea why this was changed, because up to 1973 they were black & HJ to HZ were black again.

Dr Terry, do you know what month in 73 they changed to the body colour and what month in 74 that they changed back?
