Every time I feel like being non productive I do a little bit more scratching under the skin of my old HT.It is a bit like being a member of Tony Robinson s Time Team the British archaeology show on ABC television.
Anyway as I am thinking of replacing the bootlid I though it best to check it over to get the stud and badge hole locations sorted, I have come across 2 rows of nine holes bogged over that cover about 14 inches of space, the rows being 1/2 an inch apart between the lock and strip on the boot lid.The word Brougham does not fit so has anyone got any ideas what it could have had there (the upper row had nuts on them)?
Thanks oily.

Must be some custom name as the South African Chevy SSs had the individual CHEVROLET letters above the moulding and they occupied more than 14 inches. An 'SS' sticker was located between the mouldings on RH side. An immaculate example will be at
