I still cant see how anyone can call this a re-birth. Its just rust repair. One of my HK GTSs has to be repaired similarly. It has kept its firewall, roof and sills plus inner panels. But has had to have new quarters, beaver, boot floor, outer rear wheel

good luck turning a base model into a bathurst model or a gts into a bathurst model. the tags alone dont make it a bathurst model and a colector paying top dollar for the real deal should know what he is looking for.
Havent you learnt anything from that guy that gives sermons at church?...Captain whats his name.

This is what I was tying to say on another thread.

Can someone explain how anyone would pick a rebodied/repanelled 81837 if it was properly done. And I mean down to the finest detail, I would defy anyone to pick a car that had been done properly withou

1192 is the estimate for HK GTS327. Where did the 700 dead come from? If it was from me I don't know where that came from.

Virtually no difference between a 307 4 spd body and a 327 body. Only a handful of differences between a 161 3 speed 337 and a 18

Thanks Byron, sorry for the misquote, another CRAFT moment for me then.

If I could afford it I would love to save a GTS327 via the ways weve discussed, and I agree completely about people who forge cars & tags.

Cheers.
