Due to time and money constaints Im selling my pride and joy. A 1968 HK GTS 327 Monaro.
Its a numbers matching Bathurst coupe. Very rare combination.
It is currently undergoing a full restoration using a HK sedan body. The coupe shell was ruined after years of sitting under peppercorn trees in western Victoria. We rescued it and began cutting!
We managed to cut the whole firewall from the coupe and transplant it straight into our rust free doner. The sedan pillars were removed along with the doors to make way for the extended coupe doors.
Most of the hard work is done as car is currently in primer.
It has the hump welded into the floor along with the Bathurst fuel tank. We also have a 327 engine (not matching) and a 10 bolt to go with it.
All you need is a coupe roof and a little welding and sanding and she will look 100%
Im willing to listen to offers above $50,000 and may consider swaps.
