want to change hub on my hg to maybe hq as i want to have disk brakes on front and smoothie wheels dont come in 4 1/4 how hard would it be to change over

the front is as simple as swaping the stubbs for HQ and retaining the HG steering arms (they swap straght over) the rears however will be more difficult.
