Are the bolts on the flexiplate (3 OF THEM ) the same on HZ red motors as VN -VP V8.

The ones I got from Holden dealer for VN_VP have a bigger head and the high tensile rating is lower. The guy at automatic shop said I have to have thin head bolts of which he gave me one.

Has anyone done a T700 to HZ red...?

cheers In advance...

same bolts, but the dealer is sourcing from another source, as they are with flexplates. they used to have 2 part numbers, one for trimatic, one for turbo trans, with the main difference being the recess height of where the 3 bolts go in. now the dealer h

Hi all, (general note)
Be careful with the length of the bolts that hold the flex plate to the torque converter. I am not sure about the mount positions on T700's but there is always the possibility of damaging the converters lockup clutch front facing b
