I think ive got bad fuel and need to drain the fuel tank how hard is it to take the fuel tank out of an 1993 eb falcon.

there not to hard i found the hardest bit is putting it back in but if you have use of a hoist then it should be pretty easy.

If you remove the boot carpet you will see a 20cm ish round black plate screwed to the floor. Remove this plate to disconnect the fuel pump and lines then you just undo the straps and drop the tank out.
A trolley jack should do it easily.

Tell the servo you got the fuel from it was bad. take a sample in to them and keep a sample for yourself. They should be liable for any repairs/damage that happens because of this if it was in fact bad fuel.

They are all going to be in the poop soon then as that E10 sh it absorbs water out of the air better than a sponge.
