would anyone know where i could get a 186 hp block or complete motor from any help would be appreciated thanks

No such thing as a 186HP. HP casting disappeared on 6cyl engines way before the end of 179 in HD.

Yep as already stated no such beast as a 186HP only a 179HP.

Kevin, i have a complete 186 drive train, radiator to back axle, exhaust and aussie 4 sp. all good apart from needing rebuild (water in oil), i chose to put in a 308 instead of rebuilding this one. just want to clear the shed and dont want to scrap it

Yep, theres Yetis and Panthers out there in the NSW bush too! And they are all probably guarding mythical 186 HP blocks.

I'm not a smart ass. There is no such thing as a 186HP EXCEPT if you bore a 179HP out to 60 thou oversize. Full stop.
