I know everybody is after them, but here goes nothing.

Wanted

XAGT Coupe, XBGT Coupe, or XC 351 Fairmont Coupe, matching numbers and largely complete for long term restoration project.

Keen to finalise a purchase in the next week or so.

If I have no luck I will be looking for a Landau for about $15k.

You want an XA or XB GT Coupe and your budget is $15K?????????

Triple it and you may get a piece of sh/t that needs a long term resto. You're closer to the mark with the XC Fairmont but for that money it will be a tired old car.

Thanks Craig, worth asking though.

XA GT in the UK sold for $11,000, freight is $6k, missed out on this one by 2 hours last week. See http://s233.photobucket....d%20Falcon%20XA%20Coupe/

XB GT sold for $10k

Mate, you can consider yourself lucky that you missed that heap o **** in the UK, that car is a write-off and would cost more to restore than it would ever be worth.....unless of course it was rebodied and passed off as genuine but with the exposure that
