yo!!
i cant afford the engine i want, because my national bank hasnt passed on any of the so called interest rate cut!!!!!!! yet!!!
has anyone recieved any of this weeks rate cut yet??
i havent,,
they reckon it will come down by 2 more percent by christmas??
if i get any of it, off my mortgage,, i will be able to get a 10litre chev motor, not just a 5 litre.
be interested as whether anyone else is getting dudded?

I just rang up Homeside lending ( National ) I have 2 houses with them totaling 600 k . and they said they havent lowered any rates as of yet . thats like a $300.00
saving for me a month .

Hope they hurry up Im struggling bit at the moment .

i hope you dont really expect anyone to feel sorry for you having trouble paying off 3 houses. some folks are lucky enough just to have a roof over their heads

Tenants are paying off the other 2 .

What gets me more angry is the fact that a barrel ofoil has dropped to $83.00.....almost half of the highest price a few months ago.
Yet still no drop in the price of fuel.
Aussie dollar drop or not....we are being ripped.
Holden and Ford need this dro

well dang Sandman777,,, i feel sorry for you paying off three houses,,lot of risk, lot of hassles, stress, with the hope that it gives you a return one day???

No mortgage here, thank christ and i do feel for those with one (or three)but as a disabillity pensioner, i could do with some saving at the bowser so like Mario says, how come we get nothing slashed off the pump price when oil prices have taken a dive ?

now it is 80$ a barrel, it should be around 80>90cents a litre???

Ive noticed today that LPG is sneaking up...70.4c this morning yesterday 60.9c

Our super has taken a hammering yet the pollies are assured of their super rising every year and being able to access it when they end.

We just took out a $100,000 loan for a home at 0 percent as we already had a $100,000 deposit.
Lender mum and dad Ill repay it over 5 years.
