Hi all, Have a 2002 2.8 Turbo Diesel rodeo, sometimes after starting it will run for a few seconds then stop, and although I can crank the engine afterwards, it wont restart until I first turn off the key. This happened 2 times the other day, and once yesterday, otherwise this has never happened in the weeks that ive owned the vehicle. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this problem may be?? An imobiliser issue?

Mate, mine which is a 2002 3.0 TD does the same thing. ONly started recently, however it is a bit of a worry, especially when I am down the beach camping. I think its got something to do with the electronic throttle.
