Does any one know the cause of clutch shutter only on take off ?

Could be a worn clutch, Hot spots on the flywheel or pressure plate or simply a broken/weak engine/trans mount rubber which is where I would start.
Does it shudder in reverse too? if not I would say its your left engine mount.

Not so much in reverse and the clutch and pressure plate are near new but after the son borowed it the clutch has a shudder and is worse the heavier the load.

I did notice today that it does shutter in reverse as well

a leaking rear main seal will make the clutch shudder when its has oil on it.
