just like to ask about the HJ Sandman. is the dash black or silver faced and is it the same as HQ with the high beam switch on the floor or is it on the column with the wipers as HX on. is the high bean light under the clock of is it in the speedo and is the centre console have a tray in front of the gear stick or does it have that little trap door with a little gear pattern plaque on it with a blank gear knob.. just a few thing im not sure about at all.... thanks................. mikey

High beam is on floor like HQ. Im almost certain fascia is silver. Testing my memory now but I think high beam is on speedo. Not sure on centre console.

centre console has flip top lid, and armrest same console as HJ GTS...

im going to disagree byron.
HJ GTS dash has the high beam warning light in one of the two warning lenses under the clock. Its blue with a black headlight symbol. The HX gts white needle dash has the high beam in the speedo. and has two brake warning |

Ah well there you go! So in the early hx. what lense was there where the high beam lense was not.
Also just being fussy! but i have a few hz gts dashes. with the rts badge on the facia so they are proberly original. and they have the words "BRAK |
