Have some of you out there given any consideration to the efforts that go into an event like this?

Unfortunately, being in WA I didnt get to go.

But maybe someone out there can help with my curiosity......what sheep stations were up for grabs?

Given the amount of criticism, it must have been a good one....

We (family of 4) came over from Perth for the Nationals with my white HG 350 GTS with black vinyl roof. This was our first Monaro Nationals but we had been to several EH Nationals in the past.

I was entered into the Factory Authentic under the advice

I used to like the way GM day was done for a few years, all entrants were given a form which had all the cars different catagories, each car had a number on the windscreen , you would pick a car you liked in that area and put the number in a box on the fo

Not everyone belongs to a car club for exactly the reasons that are stated on this forum. It is putting down the car club movement move on and find something else to winge about you bunch of kill joys. For a person who did not enter the event you have a

Its only the usual trophy hunters that are whinging. the event was to say the least #hithot, in fact apart from the judging, the best I have been to, good fun weekend and thats what people are forgetting nowadays, the committee really did put their heart

yes the vic club need their asses kicked. poorly organised and real money grubbers. i reckon theyd have trouble organising a pissup in a brewery. cheers

I think there have been lots of good points here, plus some venting.

I know that when people become disappointed and vent they are sometimes labled trophy hunters etc. Infact many do not even enter car shows as they do not want to be seen as trophy hun

Warren, good points raised and to answer your questions about qualified people to judge the cars, well many i know who are as i consider experts simply didnt attend, simply not interested. After the way we were ousted as committee we simply walked away an
