I just empty d the oil out of the ute and 6 half litres came out , is that normal?
How much do they normally take?

from memory it was 5 litres, coming from the user manual, so hotrodder would be right

Be carful with your google searches. 5.044 is the engine capacity not the oil capacity. I have a Holden Manual and it lists 4 liters of oil without filter and 4.8 liters with oil filter change....so as long as you have a standrad sump these figures should
