i have a hk coupe that someone may be interested in buying before its scrap metal.

its been in the family since 1972. my late grandfather purchased it secondhand in 1972 and was used as a daily driver for the next few years until it was involved in a pretty bad front end accident.

it sat dorment on his farm for the next 5 years until he eventually rebuilt the front end with a 186 from a hk sedan. i do know it was originally a v8.

for the next 10-15 years it was used as a farm pig until the 186 blew up.. it sat there ever since. that was over 15 years ago.

im not sure of the original paint colour or interior colour as it was all removed and wrecked years ago.

the car itself is totally rusted. not restorable. most of the parts if not all of them were removed or wrecked a long time ago.

i have been told it has to go so i thought i would throw it out there if anyone is interested.

i will be putting it on ebay with pictures in the next week or two. $250 no reserve. i figure it will get that in scrap metal so thats the price

i will have to see whats left of the car as i havent actually seen it for a few years, the 186 may still be in it.

email me if your interested or have any questions. located remote nsw (barellan)

Hi Simon, could you send me your number so I can give you a call. I am very keen for this car. I can even pick it up this weekend if you need to get rid of it quick. Cheers.

Hi Simon, I have never seen a HK this bad but I am sure there would be parts that could be used. I liked the shot of the inside the car seeing NO floor pan at all but the exhaust is still there. Cheers.

Guess what turns out to be an 81837.....

if the monaro register can note the numbers listed on the ad... here they are:

had a look today and both id tags are there. skinny tag reads 81837kh555689

bigger tag reads;

body 81837kr-* * * * *-h5 (n
