Just looking through some old books ect.
On 351 CLEVELANDS.
I have found contradicting infomation on compressions ect.
STD USA import is 9.5:1 HP250 2barrel, XW-Y falcon.
aussie XA-B is 9.7:1, some say 9.1:1, HP260 2barrel
P5 LTD is 9.4:1, some say 11.0:1, HP290 4barrel
XC is 8.9:1, = HP217 'DIN' rating, 4barrel
Now i have for XA-B in DIN, 2barrel 351 =183 HP.
And for XA-B in DIN, 4barrel 351 = 215 HP. i assume this to be the aussie v8, not the RPO 83.
Any one know the truth?
