What’s exhaust system, and type of extractors is good for a 253 in a WB 1 tonner. I’m after good performance and economy. Any info appreciated.

I'd go for a twin system with genie extractors.I've always found that single V8 systems produce a very annoying hum in the cabin whereas twin systems don't,also twins are supposed to be better for low end torque.
