Do i have to splice it into the wire going to coil negative, as usual? Or is that what the extra lead off the terminal is designed specifically for? Sounds simple but just thought id be sure. Cheers.

Ihave an ACCEL Distributor with VDO Classic guages.Still cant get the tacho right.After firing the engine the tacos fine but as the minutes tick away the tacho reading
