All my google searches referred to part numbers on the cluster shaft. I cant get at them right now, but the case has 9938391 cast into it.

As i know it, the box is supposed to be a stock standard 6cyl box. Would just like to know before i actually get my hands on it and put it in.

Cheers.

Thats the number cast into the side cover of an aussie 4 speed, so it could be from anything - 6 or V8, and be any of the M20, M21 or M22 variants.

Cheers,

Mick

Seems ive got a "wide ratio" box on my hands, aka M22. Cluster is 2820694 XT.

As this car was originally a 3sp column, itll have 3.55 gears? So shell be pretty nippy through the gears! Haha.
