cold air is always better. this is one of the reasons performance cars have bonnet scoops apart from the ram effect. the bonnet scoop picks up cooler air than can be found in the enclosed engine bay. you can also cool your fuel which will have a similar e

1, what existing mechanical devices can be used to compress air,,
2, how to utilize braking/backing off,
3, how too set up compressor, in drive chain. cheaply, simply,
4, how to keep supply of

if i understand correctly, you want to feed the engine with compressed air created by regenerative braking?

Sorry if this is not the case, but geez bear, sometimes your hard to understand lol.

i cannot argue about maths with amount of air ect,,
i do know they have compressed air cars now, with carbon fibre tanks, and they can go really great klms,,
now, i also know there is no such thing as free energy,,

There are always going to be horses for courses, I have a landcusier with a sprintex supercharger on it, most people go the turbo option but I do a lot of sandy/dune work at low RPM the blower gives boost at low RPM ( as long as its geared right) turbos n

.... Sorry guys I should have said it is a diesel and that turbos only make boost with engine load and mid - upper RPM, blowers can make boost at any RPM( given the blower drive is right) thus having no lag which is a big problem if you require torque or

It depends on what you are gonna do with it,they Both work in every application ,its the rest of the engine that makes the difference IE
look at peters EH perfect but custom built ,look at horsepower wars (twin turbos 1590HP) Then look at the FASTEST car
