For those who dont read the other forums, there is a possible class action pending against Rare Spares for misrepresentation under the Trade Practises Act. This post is only to draw attention to this fact, and not to invite discussion regarding the possible merits of such a case. firstly.....lets say you get 100 who have bought 100 dodgy badges that didnt fit... ok at $50 per badge and $10

Ive purchased genuine parts that dont fit properly. The moulds got tired, things didnt align properly, geez there was even an allowance given to dealers with WB statesman at the end of the run to repair them from new.

I wonder if Chip Foose gets taken to court because the car he modified for someone that the badge didnt fit 100% but still looked great on the car.
