I have just fitted my first replacement panel on the Monaro from Rare Spares in Adelaide. And this may shock you trend setters it fitted first go. No cutting to fit it just went on and was welded in place. Rare Spares you rock. I will be fitting the rest

like hazzard said after maket stuff is not as good as factory and thats why it is half price.
for exhample a tail gate for a ute non genuwine is half price and needs abit of filler and a genuwine tail gate just needs paint.

While I regularly read the posts on this forum until now I have refrained from commenting however I feel I should at least set the record straight in so far as to the assertions of "hqgts" in his recent post.

I agree with these reactions. Rare spares may not be perfect but hey, at least theyre doing it.I have used many of their parts and never had a problem.

for the record I have restored a HT coupe and am currently restoring a HQ coupe... and I have used rare spares components on both builds where i did not h

Been going to Rare Spares since they were in Brunswick, that was a bloody long time ago, then to Preston and now in RP and only ever had one issue with a badge in which they promptly exchanged on return.
